Flying Point Residence is a project conceived by Stelle Architects who gives worth to some of the best arhitectural designs . The two-floor building is located in Southampton, New York, USA, and is a renovation of an old house that the owner wanted to modernize. Many of the materials found by the architects in the initial residence were recycled. Here is the official description of “The design of the house and garden is meant to become a bridge between two different essences. A house that was radically transformed instead of being demolished. Substantial effort was put in this project in order to reuse, rethink and modify existing materials. The plans were modified to create smaller volumes which are visually connected. In order to strengthen the relationship between interior / exterior and the ocean view through the structure, was added a path that leads straight to the beautiful beach.”
