Glencoe Residence is an incredible house designed by none other than Robbins Architecture, which are very inventive when it comes to creating beautiful and unique homes. They said that unlike the many homes designed by them this one had no defined rooms which gave them the possibility to imply spaces and blur the lines between inside and outside. The Glencoe Residence is an unconventional house because it’s modern and allows the owners to enjoy the natural light during the day and cross ventilation. It is the perfect home for people who want to raise a family into a modern, beautiful and eco environment.

Many people avoid small lofts because of the lack of space so they would rather spend more and live in a bigger one. Specht Harpman wanted to show people that small lofts can have lots of storage space as well and they should are worth our respect and consideration. Harpman’s incredible creation proves that to those who didn’t believe a small apartment could have so much space and look so good. The design is modern and has many surprises such as hidden storage compartments and other fun stuff. The designer had to make a space of 424 square feet to be as comfortable and spacious as bigger apartments and this took hard work and lots of imagination. Even if it’s a tiny loft they managed to divide it in 3 levels, which was a smart idea to save space while making it look bigger.

The things we like affect our decisions and everything we do, for example, a person who is a fan of nature wants to be surrounded by it and spend as much time as he can in the nature while a person who likes technology and engineering wants to surround himself with the newest accessories and live in a futuristic home. The Kempart Loft is the perfect example of that because its owner loves precision engineering so he transformed his home into a futuristic one and the result is amazing. Located in Liege, Belgium and designed by Dethier Architectures, this home’s interior is unbelievable and it can give anyone the impression that he’s in a SF movie or on another planet. The aerodynamic forms provide this home with incredible details and the aluminum finishes are stunning and are used a lot. Even if the main color is grey there are still some accents of color in some spaces like the dining table’s chair, which are red.

Located in Hawthorn, Australia this incredible home is the reason people are more and more in love with interior and architectural designs and want to create something beautiful, unique and theirs. This client wanted a modern home that would be suitable for a larger and growing family, so, he suggested independent living areas so his family to be comfortable and have privacy, while living together. Even if the front of the house looks traditional and simple, the back and the rest of the house are completely different. They are modern with a smooth and stunning design that will make anyone’s jaw drop instantly. The client wanted the back area of the house to be for fun and relaxation so Canny designed a large swimming pool with space for relaxation. Inside, they considered glass windows so the client could have a beautiful view all year round, and the result is unbelievable. This house has different incredible feature and most interesting one is the wine cellar which has a wine fridge, tasting bench and can store up to 2000 wine units.

Euralyus House 01 Euralyus Street is a house like no other

Design by Luigi Rosselli, this home is full of incredible and different architectural elements which make it unique and undeniably stunning. Planned with two distinct wings and a small connection between them to give the owners the chance to see the stars and the skyline, this estate is the perfect best to live and raise a family. The larger wing is rectangular shaped while the smaller one is more irregularly shapes adding a more unique side to the house. The inside was carefully planned to maximize the views and the natural light. It was also design to be naturally ventilated so it doesn’t require air-conditioning in the hot summer.
