A unique Victorian residence restored by Jackson Clements Burrows

This incredible house is located in Melbourne, Australia, was renovated and designed by Jackson Clements Burrows and it is now on sale. The project was to restore and redesign an existing Victorian house so it will be more modern and unique. It required a complete refurbishment and two new extensions, which are now private zones for both parents and children. The old house had high ceiling, glass windows and a pool so the alterations where minor but indispensable. This one of a kind house’s price is undisclosed, but I’m pretty sure it’s worth every penny.

Beech House is a 2,200 square foot modern and stunning home designed by Altius Architecture and it’s located in Toronto, Canada. Apart from its gorgeous, simple yet modern design, this home was designed to maintain and give the warm feeling of a family home. Altius Architecture’s main goal was to create a comfortable and beautiful family home perfect for raising children or for a family member in wheelchair.

Located on Beech Avenue in Toronto, this home lights up the neighborhood with its clean and simple design. The outdoor space is connected to the living and dining room through glass windows and doors so that the natural light can come flowing in and give this home more views and a natural approach. The floors are organized around stairs and an elevator so that all family members can have access to them, even if they have a handicap. This design was carefully planned by Altius Architecture for a growing family to which they integrated wheelchair accessibility, and the result is unbelievable.

People who say apartments can’t look as good as a house and are not worth a big investment are going to apologies when they see this unbelievable penthouse. Located in the residential tower by the very talented French artist, Jean Nouvel, this stunning home measures 4,675 square foot and has a 4,400 square foot terrace to die for. Apart from the incredible interior design it also has 360 degrees views over beautiful Manhattan and its icons such as Hudson River and the Statue of Liberty. With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms this is one of those homes that make you dream and think about it endlessly. As most beautiful and unique homes, this one is a bit pricey but there are people who are willing to spend $22 million for their dream home.

The home was designed with high ceiling and wood accents so it can feel more spacious without losing any of the most appreciated warmth. The main point is its garden around which the whole house is arranged in a comfortable and smart way only ZAK Architecture can come up with. Apart from that, the rooms are connected to the garden so the cool breeze can flow through. This incredible home is perfect for those who love nature and want it to be part of their everyday life.

Glencoe Residence is an incredible house designed by none other than Robbins Architecture, which are very inventive when it comes to creating beautiful and unique homes. They said that unlike the many homes designed by them this one had no defined rooms which gave them the possibility to imply spaces and blur the lines between inside and outside. The Glencoe Residence is an unconventional house because it’s modern and allows the owners to enjoy the natural light during the day and cross ventilation. It is the perfect home for people who want to raise a family into a modern, beautiful and eco environment.
