This incredible house is located in Melbourne, Australia, was renovated and designed by Jackson Clements Burrows and it is now on sale. The project was to restore and redesign an existing Victorian house so it will be more modern and unique. It required a complete refurbishment and two new extensions, which are now private zones for both parents and children. The old house had high ceiling, glass windows and a pool so the alterations where minor but indispensable. This one of a kind house’s price is undisclosed, but I’m pretty sure it’s worth every penny.

Beech House is a 2,200 square foot modern and stunning home designed by Altius Architecture and it’s located in Toronto, Canada. Apart from its gorgeous, simple yet modern design, this home was designed to maintain and give the warm feeling of a family home. Altius Architecture’s main goal was to create a comfortable and beautiful family home perfect for raising children or for a family member in wheelchair.

Located on Beech Avenue in Toronto, this home lights up the neighborhood with its clean and simple design. The outdoor space is connected to the living and dining room through glass windows and doors so that the natural light can come flowing in and give this home more views and a natural approach. The floors are organized around stairs and an elevator so that all family members can have access to them, even if they have a handicap. This design was carefully planned by Altius Architecture for a growing family to which they integrated wheelchair accessibility, and the result is unbelievable.
